More details

01

Terroir

Our partner Franck Pascal’s vineyards stretch over five communes on the right bank of the Marne valley, towards the small village of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon. This terroir is dominated by meunier and pinot noir, on clay, flint and millstone soil. Franck cultivates his organic grapes here with love, using natural winemaking methods. The result is a cuvée that will leave no one indifferent!

02

Wine pairing

The delicacy of this cuvée is best enjoyed with poularde with apricots and crayfish delicately snacked with chorizo.

… singing at the top of your voice and not just in the shower, gazing at nature, drinking Champagne from a blida, licking your fingers when it’s too good, helping yourself to more and not just a little, talking with your mouth full, laughing at the top of your lungs, kissing whoever you like.
