MORE DETAILS
Terroir
For once, our Brut cuvée is a blend of three grape varieties, each from a specific terroir.
Our Chardonnay flourishes on the Sézannais hillsides. This terroir ensures that it ripens well, producing wines that are more complex than those from the northern regions of Champagne. The meunier grapes come from Vitryat, a tiny 480-hectare terroir that accounts for just 1.5% of the Champagne appellation. Finally, Pinot Noir comes from the Marne valley, which is crossed by… the Marne, which has carved out a superb valley.
