MORE DETAILS

01

Terroir

Let’s explore the exceptional terroir of the Montagne de Reims, a wooded plateau curving around Reims like a crescent, where vineyards flourish on gentle slopes. The surrounding forest acts as a natural temperature buffer, absorbing warmth during the day and releasing it at night while maintaining daytime coolness, creating perfect conditions for grape maturation.

For this cuvée, we turn to Sermiers, a Premier Cru village with an ideal southwest-facing exposure. The subsoil, rich in limestone from ancient marine deposits, ensures consistent natural irrigation. The mix of marl, clay, and siliceous sand in the soil allows for slow and even ripening, highlighting the fresh, elegant notes of Pinot Meunier, while Pinot Noir adds structure and depth.

02

Wine pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, this cuvée pairs beautifully with warm rosemary focaccia or why not try it with some truffle butter popcorn for a playful twist!

… singing at the top of your voice and not just in the shower, gazing at nature, drinking Champagne from a blida, licking your fingers when it’s too good, helping yourself to more and not just a little, talking with your mouth full, laughing at the top of your lungs, kissing whoever you like.
