01

Terroir

Welcome to the vineyards of Coteaux du Sézannais, a terroir composed mainly of chalk, with soil that oscillates between clay and sand, offering complex cuvées that are riper and fruitier than in the northern region. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow on this great terroir of 1477 ha spread over 12 communes.

02

Wine pairing

Champagne Rosé will be divine with a salmon and pink berry Gravlax, and even more surprising with a warm dessert such as a yellow fruit sabayon.

… singing at the top of your voice and not just in the shower, gazing at nature, drinking Champagne from a blida, licking your fingers when it’s too good, helping yourself to more and not just a little, talking with your mouth full, laughing at the top of your lungs, kissing whoever you like.
