The ideal tasting temperature for Champagne

CULTURE

HOW TO GET A PERFECTLY CHILLED CHAMPAGNE?

When the champagne is too cold, the fragrances, pfiut, are anesthetized. When it is too hot, it is soft. It is just not fresh enough! So, at what temperature should you serve and drink champagne to honor it?

Champagne should be stored in the fridge three or four hours before tasting and served at between 8 and 12°C. Your cooler can be used as a fridge if you are going on holiday. Below this temperature, Champagne loses all its voluptuousness. Above that, the taste of alcohol takes over and you can’t taste all the finesse of Champagne.

We know that the ideal temperature is not easy to find, so we have thought of a way to make your life easier. On the back label of each of our bottles, you will find a heat-sensitive label. How does it work? It is simple: the heat-sensitive label turns blue when the temperature of the bottle is between 8 and 12°C! It is magical and practical, the perfect combination.
