IDENTIFICATION

The EPC Champagne website (https://www.epc-champagne.com, hereinafter the “Site”) is an online sales website published by Grinclair SAS (hereinafter the “Supplier”), a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with capital of 362,468.27 euros, domiciled at 18, deuxième avenue, 60260 Lamorlaye, registered with the Compiègne Trade and Companies Register under number 825082084 and VAT number FR70825082084.
The Site’s publication director is Mr Edouard Roy.

The Site is hosted by OVH Groupe SA, a company registered with the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 537 407 926, located at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.

Terms and conditions of use

I. Site access

Access to the site is reserved for adults. The company reserves the right to request any proof of age from the user.

The Site is restricted to people connecting from European territory. Access to and use of the Site are reserved for strictly personal and private use. Therefore undertake not to use this site or the information or data contained therein for commercial, political or advertising purposes or for any form of commercial solicitation, including the sending of unsolicited e-mails.

All orders placed on the Site imply full acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale.

II. Accuracy of information,
damage and maintenance

The vendor endeavours to provide information on the Site that is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur. The information contained on the Site is provided for information purposes only and does not incur the liability of the seller.

The seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site, its temporary unavailability, technical malfunctions or the possible presence of viruses.

We also do our best to ensure that the site is always available, but there may be times when this is not the case. If the site is subject to maintenance or updates that may lead to a temporary interruption of access, without the seller being held liable in this respect.

III. Cookies

The Site uses cookies to improve the browsing experience and to measure the audience.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site’s operation enable access to essential functions. Audience measurement cookies and, where applicable, third-party cookies may also be used.

All elements on the Site (text, editorial content, visuals, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, videos, sounds, as well as the architecture and layout of the Site) are protected by current intellectual property laws.

These elements are the exclusive property of Grinclair SAS or are subject to a right of use granted to it. Access to the Site does not confer any intellectual property rights on the user.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, of all or part of the Site, without the prior written authorization of Grinclair SAS, is strictly prohibited and may incur the liability of its author.

VI. Privacy Policy

In connection with the sale of products, Grinclair SAS collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data collected is necessary for order management, payment, delivery, after-sales service and, where applicable, for commercial prospecting when the customer has expressly consented to this.

Personal data is kept only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with legal requirements.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete and port their data, which they may exercise by contacting : commande@epc-champagne.com.

VII. Claims and clarifications

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day the order is placed. Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are credit card via Stripe, bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or cheque.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and generally range from four (4) to six (6) working days, and may be extended in the case of customization.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, with the exception of personalized products.

The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided by law.

In the event of a litigation, the customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator:

Failing an amicable solution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
