More details

01

Terroir

The Coteaux du Sézannais vineyard is a magnificent terroir spread over 12 communes and 1477 ha. Predominantly chalky soil creates an ideal environment for Chardonnay, while the presence of clay and sandy soils contributes to producing wines that are complex, ripe, and fruitier compared to those from the northern region.

02

Wine pairing

Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut will be amazing paired with a veal onglet in a hazelnut crust, served alongside a risotto with oyster mushrooms and Comté cheese.

… singing at the top of your voice and not just in the shower, gazing at nature, drinking Champagne from a blida, licking your fingers when it’s too good, helping yourself to more and not just a little, talking with your mouth full, laughing at the top of your lungs, kissing whoever you like.
