It is an uncommon place, unclassifiable, and unexpected as we like it. Right in the heart of Paris, just 50 meters from the Opera, you will find a huge, friendly house where you will love spending some time: the Shack. If you are curious slash bon vivants slash bosseurs, like us, and you are looking for a place “that changes”, the Shack is for you!
First, the place is crazy: 1,500m2 of former Calmann-Levy printing works, a huge 11-metre-high patio, two bars run by passionate mixologists, a gourmet restaurant, exhibitions, sports classes, a large coworking space, conference and podcast recording rooms…
It is not for nothing that the creators describe the place as an “urban oasis”, an oxymoron that perfectly encapsulates all the richness of the concept: a lively place, with a slightly baroque decor, where you can work, have lunch or a drink, get together, get inspired, relax and have fun… all while feeling as if you’re in a cocoon. Because over there, there really are no rules, except that you have to feel good!
