The Tear-Away Label
Blending photography with artisanal screen printing, Quentin DMR introduces an interactive artistic experience. Each bottle showcases a tear-away label—a Champagne first—that reveals a unique number, transforming each bottle into a personalized work of art. This playful detail reflects EPC’s philosophy: to delight its fans with hidden elements on every bottle.
A Biodynamic Vintage Like No Other
Crafted from organic grapes and vinified biodynamically, this cuvée captures the spirit of the Marne Valley terroir. This 2011 vintage blends Pinot Noir (62%), Chardonnay (27%), and Meunier (11%), enhanced by twelve years of aging on lees. A Champagne that’s indulgent yet refined, it pairs beautifully with apricot-glazed chicken or delicately seared crayfish with chorizo.
