Cl\u00e9mentine joined EPC in 2020 as a Marketing Product Manager. Then her passion for wine took hold: WSET Level 3, the Avize Wine School, the National Diploma in Oenology in Reims\u2026 until she became the youngest female Cellar Master at a Champagne house!<\/p>\n

For the past four years, she has been working alongside Richard Dailly, our longtime cellar master, and our partner winemakers on blends, dosages, and winemaking processes, and has even led the last two harvests for EPC\u2026<\/p>\n

Less intervention, more precision, and always a great deal of curiosity. A curiosity that led her to develop her own winemaking software.<\/p>\n
